Past The continuity of three generations has generated love for the land and for the quality of raw materials, at the heart of the Salvatelli Family Farm.

Present Our daily work is made up of unconventional choices, such as that of producing ancient grains and legumes without the aid of chemicals, managing the land with a precise rotation of crops (cereals and legumes) and with the right forage rest for at least three years, so as to guarantee all the nutritional aspects and unique organoleptic characteristics.

Future We are developing a project that allows for the integration of ancient agronomic traditions with modern knowledge for ethical agriculture that preserves biodiversity and promotes a social and sustainable model, like the family.
