INGREDIENTS

600 gr of Bread and Pizza Mix flour
10 gr of fresh brewer's yeast
250 grams of warm water
10 gr of salt
2 tablespoons of honey (or 40 grams of sugar)
50 ml of olive oil
125 gr of white yogurt
1 egg yolk (or a few tablespoons of milk)
sesame to taste

PROCEDURE

Dissolve the brewer's yeast in the warm water in a large bowl, add the honey, yogurt, olive oil and mix with a spoon. Gradually add the sifted flour and salt only towards the end.

Knead everything until you get a dough that you will transfer to the floured work surface and continue to work for 10 minutes, until it is soft and homogeneous. Return the dough to the bowl and cover it with a sheet of kitchen cling film. Let it rise for about two hours until doubled.

After this time, take the dough back and divide it into portions of 100 grams. Work each portion to form round rolls that you will place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with cling film to prevent the surface from drying out and let them rest for another 30 minutes.

Brush them with beaten egg yolk or, if you prefer, with milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the burger buns in a preheated convection oven at 175 ° C for 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack and stuffed to taste!
