INGREDIENTS

500 gr of Solina type 1 flour
130 gr of brown sugar
2 Eggs
70 gr of olive oil
70 gr of milk
1 sachet of baking powder
Grated zest of half a lemon

PROCEDURE

Work the eggs with the sugar, add the milk, the oil, the grated lemon peel and mix well, incorporate the flour and yeast.

Knead initially with the help of a fork then finish with your hands until the mixture is soft, homogeneous and slightly sticky.

Form cookies into the shape of a flattened stick weighing about 30 g.

Pass only the upper part of the biscuits in the sugar and place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spacing them a little. If you want, you can strip the biscuits with the tines of a fork.

Bake in the oven at 180 ° for 20/25 minutes.
